The Practice Management System's MEDOCS solution combines excellent, professionally maintained software with the safety, convenience and efficiency of local, professional support services. Upgrades, updates and rewrites of the MEDOCS software are currently provided free of charge to our clients. Practice Management's local professional staff will provide individual client implementation of MEDOCS software including on-going training and support.
The Practice Management Data Center, which includes a complete mail production facility, is dedicated to MEDOCS support. Computer systems "uptime" is in excess of 99%. Skilled medical billing and training experts are able to devote their entire efforts toward client support, as opposed to system/programming maintenance. Practice Management is a frequent sponsor of user and community seminars, newsletters, and bulleting. Temporary/placement help and an active user group are hallmarks of our service. |
